The 966 Mastic is necessary when frames HCX are to be bolted onto or into a structure, Hawke 966 Mastic should be place between the flange of the frame and the structure to ensure fire/smoke/gas/water tight seal, see installation instructions in product catalogue.
Hawke recommends 1 our Mastic Ref.966 for each 4 apertures.

The 967 Silicone Lubricant is use to aid the installation of blocks which are tightly fitted.
The silicone remains soft a low temperatures and will not dry out over long periods of time ensuring that future modifications to the transit will not be impeded.
Hawke recommends 1 our Lubricant Ref.967 for each 3 apertures.

Hawke Polystyrene Moulds are used to protect the inside of a frame during a casted installation in a floor or wall.

The purpose of this tool is to hold the position of the already installed blocks when the transit block installation is not completely done. This is also used to install the blocks (without cables).
Also, with this tool you can achieve a much greater comfort in a horizontal transit installation.

Hawke Backing Plates are used in conjuction with Hawke flanged frames to add finished appereance to an installation.

The 980 Puller tool is a re-usable piece of equipment which is used to aid extraction of compression system.

The re-usable compression tool is designed to apply compression to the system before placing the endpacker within the frame.
Reduces installation time by up to 50%.

Stayplates ensure the block in a Hawke rectangular system (tolerant and blank ones) are fixed in position after compression. For presure application in excess of 3.5 bar

Each size of HRST frame can seal a large range of diameters without any onsite modifications.

The HRTO has been designed to be sealed using standard Hawke tolerant blocks, Hawke HRTO provide effectively sealing of cables and pipes through a circular aperture.
Hawke HRTO is supplied as an OPEN frame, so that it can be installed after laying the cables or pipes.

Hawke manufacture a range of blocks to suit the most popular waveguides sizes. Hawke wave guide insert blocks are used inserted in Standard HF Blocks.

Hawke Trefoil Insert Blocks: These blocks allow three single phase power cables to be sealed inside of the same cable block. *Available in 90mm and 120 mm size*
Hawke Especial Blocks: When Hawke Transit System Frames are penetrated by services that are shaped anything other than circular, eg. busbars, special cables, earthtraps, etc. Special EMC bocks can be manufacturer. Please contact our Sales Department for more information.

This enables a wide range of cable or pipe diameters to be accommodated by a compact range of tolerant block sizes.
Hawke tolerant blocks have five sealing faces that are displaced by the sealing process. This results in a tolerance of up to 4 mm for cable diameters.

Filler blocks are available in the same materials as the tolerant Blocks. They are used to fill spaces within the frame which are not required for services, thus allowing spare capacity for future requirements.

The final element of the frame installation, this is inserted above the compression plate and the bolts tightened to seal the whole frame.
